WIC Eligibility Guidelines
You can receive WIC Benefits if:
You are pregnant, or have children under the age of five years old.
You live in New York State and have proof of where you live.
Each person applying for WIC must provide proof of identity. You do not need to be a legal US citizen.
A family is income eligible for WIC if they are receiving Medicaid or enrolled in the Essential Plan, Food Stamps or TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families), a child is enrolled in Head Start,.
A family can qualify using the income guidelines below in place of the above.
